DUO-PT
Do you prefer to train with a partner, friend or girlfriend? Or would you like to share the costs of a personal training? That is also possible. Achieving your goals together is sometimes more fun, even if the goals are different!
What can I expect?
Duo Training is basically suitable for everyone who prefers to train together. The advantage of Duo Training is that you motivate each other and still receive personal attention. You set your own goals and the exercises are adapted to everyone's level. Some objectives are:
